Release notes for Abscissa 4.0.4

Since version 4.0.4 Abscissa is signed with my Developer ID issued by Apple. Furthermore it has been checked and notarized by Apple. This is the recommended way to export software beside the AppStore.

Changes compared to version 4.0.2
- Abscissa.app is now a signed and notarized app
- fixing many bugs by Inspector panel rebuild (all NSMatrix were replaced by NSStackView) 
- Parameter and Formula panel are now in sync
- fixed parameter initialization by means of the mouse
- fixed rounding issues in the axis panel

Known issues on which I am working are:
- text boxes on the canvas show handles (grey squares) correctly once selected but the mouse does not change accordingly when moved over
- most tool tips got lost
- tabs in main window not working
